Welcome to Befeti. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our professional dancer services and website. By accessing our services, booking performances, or engaging with our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Befeti, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Befeti provides professional dance performance services, including but not limited to:

• Solo and group dance performances for events, weddings, corporate functions, and private parties
• Choreography services for special occasions
• Dance workshops and training sessions
• Entertainment consultation and performance planning
• Custom dance routines tailored to client specifications

All services are subject to availability and confirmation from Befeti.

3. Booking and Reservations

To book our professional dancer services, clients must:

1. Submit a booking request through our website, email, or phone
2. Provide accurate event details including date, time, location, and specific requirements
3. Receive written confirmation from Befeti before considering the booking finalized
4. Pay the required deposit within the specified timeframe to secure the reservation

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposits and Fees

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled performance date. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of services.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as agreed upon during the booking process. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for travel expenses, accommodation, special equipment, or extended performance times beyond the agreed scope. Such charges will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

• More than 30 days before the event: Deposit forfeited; any additional payments refunded
• 15-30 days before the event: 50% of total fee forfeited
• Less than 15 days before the event: 100% of total fee forfeited

5.2 Befeti Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Befeti must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or force majeure, we will provide a full refund of all payments made or offer a suitable replacement performer of equivalent quality, subject to client approval.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding event details and requirements
• Ensure a safe and appropriate performance space with adequate lighting and sound facilities
• Provide access to changing facilities when required
• Inform Befeti of any special requirements, restrictions, or health and safety concerns
• Ensure that all necessary permissions and licenses for the event are obtained
• Treat our performers with respect and professionalism

7. Performance Standards and Conduct

Befeti is committed to delivering high-quality professional dance performances. Our dancers will arrive punctually, dressed appropriately, and prepared to perform as agreed. We reserve the right to modify performance content if venue conditions or safety concerns require adjustments.

8. Liability and Insurance

Befeti maintains appropriate public liability insurance for performances. However, we are not liable for:

• Injuries or damages resulting from inadequate venue conditions or client negligence
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Equipment or property belonging to the client or venue

Clients are encouraged to maintain their own event insurance coverage.

9. Intellectual Property

All choreography, routines, and creative content developed by Befeti remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, record, or distribute performances without prior written consent. Photography and videography for personal use are permitted; commercial use requires explicit authorization.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for service delivery and communication purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation failures, or other acts of God. In such cases, we will work collaboratively to reschedule or find alternative solutions.

12. Modifications to Terms

Befeti reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
